约克大学专题讨论会将探讨加拿大在建设人权、公平和包容(inclusion)方面的角色

The relationship between populism and human rights, equity and inclusion in Canada will dominate discussions during a two-day event organized by York University’s Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion in partnership with Osgoode Hall Law School, the Israel and Golda Koschitzky Centre for Jewish Studies, and the Department of Community Safety. The event, Canada: Inclusion at a Crossroads 2018, will take place at York on October 3 and 4.

The two-day event features experts who will discuss Canada’s ongoing efforts to address anti-Semitism, equity and inclusion in an environment of rising populism and intolerance. The launch of a new book, Racial Profiling and Human Rights in Canada: The New Legal Landscapewill wrap up the two-day event.
