Celebrate Winterfest in the City of Vaughan: The City of Vaughan will hold its 29th annual Vaughan Celebrates Winterfest event presented by TD and event sponsors CN and Tim Hortons on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Vellore Village Community Centre.
