YORK REGIONAL POLICE HOSTING A COMMUNITY INFORMATION SESSION IN MARKHAM
York Regional Police is inviting members of our community to attend the Markham Civic Centre in the City of Markham for an evening of discussion on current crime trends and crime prevention strategies.
Superintendent Fred Moffatt will welcome members of the community on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 6 p.m., in the Markham Civic Centre, Council Chambers located at 101 Civic Drive, for an informative and educational evening
The discussion will include recent crime trends, including residential break and enters, drug offences and an open forum where community members can ask questions and discuss concerns. Members of the community will an opportunity to hear officers from the Crime Prevention Unit, the Hold-Up Unit, the Drugs and Vice Unit, as well as frontline officers who patrol in the community every day. This is your chance to speak to and hear from the officers who police your community.
