皇家植物园的花园区内（The Arboretum) 盛开着万紫千红的丁香树。园区内有不同主题的花园及开满了野花的步道（trails）。从Captain Cootes Trail 直走到 Bull's Point Look Out，沿途见到小松鼠、野雁，更见到树林中的野鹿。生态环境维护得很好，到处是翠绿树林。
